Full job description

Associate Technical Architect role requiring 8-12 years experience. Responsible for designing and developing customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, and Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud. Skilled in API integrations (REST, SOAP), SQL, Python, JavaScript, and data modeling. Lead development teams and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and troubleshoot integration issues. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Data, IT) or equivalent with relevant Salesforce certifications preferred. Shift timing: 12 PM – 10 PM.

What you'll do

  • Design and lead implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with business goals
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and development plans
  • Define and review data models, schemas, and ingestion pipelines
  • Integrate Data Cloud with MCP and other MarTech platforms for activation and personalization
  • Act as development lead, managing a team of developers and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align with overall data strategy and governance
  • Ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and performance optimization
  • Troubleshoot complex data and integration issues across platforms
  • Mentor developers and contribute to technical standards and reusable components
  • Support audience creation, segmentation, and journey orchestration workflows
  • Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, unification, and activation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio
  • Experience in designing and reviewing data models for customer data platforms
  • Experience with Einstein
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
  • Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data connectors
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation
  • Experience in leading development teams, managing tasks, and ensuring delivery quality
  • Familiarity with identity resolution, consent management, and data governance
  • Good-to-have: Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud
  • Good-to-have: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
  • Good-to-have: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization
  • Good-to-have: Client-facing experience and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders
  • Good-to-have: Familiarity with audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies
