Full job description

Associate Survey Tabulations Analyst responsible for operational analysis support to survey function. Manage generation and delivery of data for brand and ad tracking projects and advertising effectiveness studies. Tasks include data processing, deliverable preparation, data analysis, and responding to internal data inquiries. Deliver timely responses to client service inquiries. Manipulate and interpret data, create deliverables, assist project design. Monitor project status, evaluate data quality, verify survey accuracy, prepare documentation. Ensure study consistency including spec validation and statistical testing. Perform data quality checks before release. Support client-facing teams with data and insights. Manage multiple research projects concurrently. Additional duties as assigned. Requires Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or quantitative field. Experience with data analysis and problem solving. Familiarity with survey research design a plus. Preferred experience with SPSS and Forsta Visualizations (Dapresy). Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently. Shift typically 2PM-11PM IST with occasional later hours.
