Full job description

Join Equativ's Product Management team as an apprentice Associate Product Owner in Paris. You will contribute to building B2B products by collaborating with Product Owners, Managers, Designers, QA, and Developers. Learn to adopt a customer-centric approach, run projects using agile methodologies, leverage data for decisions, conduct market intelligence on agentic AI in adtech, and collaborate on platform design and internal stakeholder engagement. Requirements include Master level studies in Engineering or Computer Science, some SQL and API experience, curiosity about AI and agentic systems, strong analytical skills, good communication in English and preferably French, and a desire to start a career in Product Management. What you'll do

  • Contribute to building best products in a complex and competitive B2B environment
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Product Designers, QA Testers and Developers
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to identify and prioritize client needs
  • Run projects from discovery to delivery using product management frameworks (agile)
  • Leverage data to make product decisions
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence on agentic AI adoption in adtech ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Product Designers on platform experiences from user research to design reviews
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Business, Operations, Marketing, R&D)

Requirements

  • Studying Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field at Master degree level
  • Some experience working with SQL and APIs
  • Curious about AI, large language models and agentic systems
  • Strong analytical skills and methodology
  • Appetite for technology and software development
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English, French preferred
  • Looking for an apprenticeship to validate diploma
  • Interest in product design and working at the intersection of UX, data and engineering
  • Willing to launch career in Product Management
