The role involves conceptualizing and executing technology, user experience, and monetization strategies for online products ranging from early-stage ideas to large brands. Responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, experimentation, product adoption and growth, team building and management, and monetisation. Candidates should have 2-6+ years overall experience with 2-5+ years in marketing, product, or online customer success in a tech company or startup. Strong collaboration, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. What you'll do

  • Go-to-market strategy including target market and competitive research, product positioning, managing product launches, content and messaging strategy, user segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
  • Experimentation including defining KPIs and goals, measuring progress and assessing impact, monitoring key customer satisfaction indicators
  • Product adoption and growth including onboarding customers, user engagement strategy and execution, iterative testing and product improvisation, consumer journey optimization, re-engagement strategies
  • Team building and management including building and managing a team, monitoring performance and planning goal-setting, defining processes and roles, mentoring and training employees
  • Monetisation including driving monetisation strategy with a customer centric approach, identifying new revenue sources and optimizing existing ones, maximizing user lifetime value

Requirements

  • 2-6+ years of overall work experience
  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/product/online customer success in a technology company or startup
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships and influence decisions at multiple levels of an organization
  • Thrives in a robust environment and aligns available resources to a common goal
  • Passion for technology and a keen eye to identify opportunity in an ever-changing landscape
  • Strong analytical skills geared towards iterative solution of user problems based with data
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • Quick thinker who can derive actionable insights based on available information
  • Expert communicator who can lead and manage relationships across organizational boundaries and vendor relationships
