Full job description

Seeking an Associate Product Manager with 4+ years experience in Order Management/Orchestration and 3+ years in Salesforce CRM product management. Responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, implementing automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging analytics for product decisions, managing BAU activities, and architecting Salesforce data solutions. Requires bachelor's degree, 5+ years in order orchestration, hands-on CRM workflow experience, strong analytical and communication skills. Salesforce certification is a plus. Preferred skills include Agile methodologies, Salesforce integrations, Lightning, and AppExchange apps.

What you'll do

  • Identify and implement automation and optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve Sales team productivity
  • Leverage analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Ensure data-backed strategies are core to all product initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to support BAU activities and manage change requests/enhancements
  • Architect and orchestrate data-heavy solutions within Salesforce with a Headless 360 approach for customer satisfaction
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in the Order Orchestration space
  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role focused on Salesforce CRM
  • Hands-on experience with CRM flows and workflow rules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data analysis, management, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a plus
