Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking an Associate Product Manager for the Central Data Repository Product Team. The role involves owning product features, enhancements, modifications, and integrations for the CDR platform. Responsibilities include generating use cases and product requirement documents, identifying system integrations, leading backlog and sprint planning, serving as product POC for engineering, and driving cross-functional alignment. Candidates should have 5+ years overall experience with 4+ years in product management, experience with enterprise applications like Salesforce and ERP, and familiarity with AI initiatives. Strong skills in product documentation, stakeholder communication, logical decision-making, and multitasking are required. The role requires hands-on knowledge of data warehouse concepts, Databricks, PowerBI, and CDR Dataverse. Location is Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Own product features with first principles thinking and accountability
  • Responsible for enhancements, modifications and integrations for CDR platform
  • Generate exhaustive use cases and product requirement documents
  • Identify integrations and modifications between core products and internal systems
  • Plan and lead backlog and sprint planning meetings
  • Serve as single product POC for engineering teams to define implementation logic
  • Be hands-on with CDR platform interfaces and perform deep-dive analysis
  • Drive alignment across finance, account management, channel business teams, product, UX, engineering, ad operations, sales, customer success, legal
  • Build a fully integrated product and systems landscape

Requirements

  • Overall experience of 5+ years with a ‘make it happen’ attitude
  • 4+ years in Product Management, building Central Data Repository and interactive product solutions
  • Experience liaising with customizing enterprise applications like Salesforce, ERP
  • Experience building new AI charters for Data AI
  • Writing outstanding Product Requirements Documents, User Journeys, Wireframing, and Product analysis
  • Build product design from scratch and work closely with engineering teams
  • Understanding and empathy for business user behaviour, needs, challenges
  • Excellent communication skills to set stakeholder expectations and manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Ability to thrive in chaotic environments and perform without detailed guidance
  • Strong bias for logical decision-making with facts and actions
  • Ability to formulate clear point-of-view on ambiguous problems and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet expectations
