Associate Product Manager

What you'll do

• Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to build AI-powered advertising, analytics and optimization tools
• Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product positioning
• Train sales and other business teams on new product/feature launches and existing product capabilities
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and AI advancements
• Conduct in depth root cause analysis for issues related to product features, data, reporting, campaign delivery
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and drive innovation
• Analyze product performance using data analytics tools to identify areas of improvement
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks
• Maintain and refine JIRA-based product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Ad Tech
• Understanding of SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and DSPs
• Excellent communication skills with global teams
• Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks
• Ability to work with engineers and data scientists to bridge technical and business needs
• Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
• Flexible, smart, reliable, and willing to learn
