Responsibilities: Manage performance advertising strategies on major media platforms including Douyin/JuLiang Engine, Tencent Ads, Xiaohongshu, Baidu. Oversee budget allocation and cross-platform coordination to meet brand goals. Use DataStudio, Excel (Power Query/Pivot), and BI tools for data analysis and reporting. Lead reporting cycles and provide strategic recommendations. Develop creative material strategies and guide creative teams. Act as main strategy contact for clients, provide media investment advice based on competitor and industry analysis. Supervise junior analysts and interns, ensure quality control, optimize workflows, and perform management tasks. Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in performance advertising with large budget management. Strong logical and consulting skills, data analysis and automation reporting capabilities, proficient in PPT presentations. English CET-6 or above. Bachelor degree or higher.
