Full job description

Responsibilities: Manage performance advertising strategies on major media platforms including Douyin/JuLiang Engine, Tencent Ads, Xiaohongshu, Baidu. Oversee budget allocation and cross-platform coordination to meet brand goals. Use DataStudio, Excel (Power Query/Pivot), and BI tools for data analysis and reporting. Lead reporting cycles and provide strategic recommendations. Develop creative material strategies and guide creative teams. Act as main strategy contact for clients, provide media investment advice based on competitor and industry analysis. Supervise junior analysts and interns, ensure quality control, optimize workflows, and perform management tasks. Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in performance advertising with large budget management. Strong logical and consulting skills, data analysis and automation reporting capabilities, proficient in PPT presentations. English CET-6 or above. Bachelor degree or higher.

What you'll do

  • Manage full-chain performance advertising strategies on major media platforms such as Douyin/JuLiang Engine, Tencent Ads, Xiaohongshu, Baidu
  • Responsible for overall budget allocation logic and cross-platform coordination strategies to achieve brand business goals
  • Use DataStudio, Excel (Power Query/Pivot) or BI tools to convert data into business insights
  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly and final reports, providing strategic advice on causes and next steps to clients
  • Lead creative material strategy based on advertising data, provide meaningful briefs to creative teams, establish material testing and iteration framework to improve click and conversion efficiency
  • Act as core strategy contact, lead weekly/monthly reports and annual/quarterly strategy planning
  • Provide forward-looking media investment advice and resource allocation plans through competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis
  • Supervise and guide junior analysts or interns, ensure quality control of account operations
  • Optimize internal workflows to improve team efficiency
  • Complete other management tasks assigned by direct manager

Requirements

  • 4 years or more experience in performance advertising
  • Successful experience managing large budgets
  • Strong logical thinking and consulting mindset
  • Ability to extract clear strategic narratives from fragmented data
  • Data analysis and automation reporting skills
  • PPT presentation skills
  • English proficiency CET-6 or above
  • Bachelor degree or above
