Full job description
Associate Director - Sales role based in Dubai, UAE. Responsible for driving revenue growth for Ultra and Newton across media agencies by building agency partnerships, opening new revenue opportunities, and growing adoption of performance marketing solutions. Requires 7-10 years experience in agency sales, AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital media with strong relationships in the region. Key duties include owning agency-led revenue, managing sales pipeline and forecasting, leading strategic sales conversations, collaborating with internal teams for campaign delivery, and supporting client discussions.
What you'll do
- Own and grow agency-led revenue across key media agency groups and independent agencies
- Build strong relationships with senior agency stakeholders, performance teams, and key decision-makers
