Associate Director – Sales role based in Gurugram, India. Responsible for driving new business acquisition and building strategic partnerships with app publishers, growth teams, and marketing leaders across India. Key duties include managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, promoting Apple Ads and Newton’s platform, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining sales pipeline, and staying updated on mobile advertising trends. Requires 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in adtech/martech/mobile advertising, strong mobile advertising knowledge, proven sales success, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, client-facing personality.

What you'll do

  • Drive new business development by identifying and onboarding high-potential app advertisers across categories such as fintech, gaming, e-commerce, and consumer apps
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Build strong relationships with growth, marketing, and performance teams at leading app companies
  • Evangelize the value of Apple Ads and Newton’s technology platform for user acquisition and growth
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including account management, optimization, and product to ensure strong campaign performance and client satisfaction
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Stay up to date with trends in the mobile advertising ecosystem, particularly in performance marketing and iOS user acquisition

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales within the adtech / martech / mobile advertising ecosystem in India
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising fundamentals, including performance marketing, user acquisition, and common industry terminologies
  • Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken and written)
  • Confident, energetic, and highly extroverted personality with strong client-facing ability
  • A self-starter and go-getter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience selling to app marketers, growth teams, or digital marketing leaders is a strong plus
