Associate Director – Sales role to drive new business acquisition and build strategic partnerships with app publishers, growth teams, and marketing leaders across India. Responsibilities include driving new business development by identifying and onboarding high-potential app advertisers in fintech, gaming, e-commerce, and consumer apps; managing the full sales cycle; building relationships with growth, marketing, and performance teams; promoting Apple Ads and Newton’s platform; collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign success; maintaining sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets; and staying current with mobile advertising trends. Requires 5-8 years B2B sales experience in adtech/martech/mobile advertising in India, strong mobile advertising knowledge, proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, confident and client-facing personality, self-starter mindset, and experience selling to app marketers or digital marketing leaders.
