Associate Director - Biddable Media role based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Lead strategic vision, execution, and scaling of paid acquisition across auction-based environments. Expertise required in Apple Search Ads (ASA) including campaign architecture, keyword mapping, and custom product pages. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Creative teams to build an attribution-first biddable media engine. Responsibilities include omnichannel growth strategy, budget and portfolio management, team mentorship, ASA advanced optimization, data-driven attribution under privacy constraints, and creative testing leadership. Requires 7+ years in paid performance media with 3+ years in leadership managing budgets over $250k/month. Skills needed include advanced ASA knowledge, MMPs, analytics tools (Tableau, Looker Studio), Excel/Sheets, SQL (preferred), ASO, SKAdNetwork, and strong analytical and creative problem-solving mindset.
