Full job description

Associate Director Marketing role based in Gurugram, India. Senior position responsible for strengthening Affle’s position in the India market through partnerships, customer-facing initiatives, and thought leadership. Key responsibilities include managing marketing relationships with partners and industry stakeholders, leading webinars and events, amplifying company voice through content and speaking, monitoring market trends, planning and executing presence at industry events, collaborating with marketing teams, and defining and tracking KPIs. Requires 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in adtech, martech, or SaaS, proven leadership in thought leadership and field marketing programs, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of India’s digital advertising and mobile tech ecosystem, fluency in English, and familiarity with HubSpot, Trello, and AI-enabled marketing platforms.

What you'll do

  • Establish and manage marketing relationships with key partners, trade bodies, and industry stakeholders across India
  • Lead customer-facing initiatives including webinars, events, reference programs, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Amplify Affle’s voice through speaking opportunities, authored content, awards, leadership visibility and more
  • Stay on top of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive marketing initiatives
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of Affle’s presence at key industry conferences, forums, and partner events in India
  • Work closely with marketing teams across all Affle’s business units
  • Define KPIs, track performance and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives, ensuring accountability and business alignment

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience within adtech, martech, or SaaS industries
  • Proven track record leading high-impact thought leadership and field marketing programs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of India’s digital advertising and mobile tech ecosystem
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Trello, and AI-enabled marketing platforms
