Full job description
Kargo is hiring an Associate Director, Inventory Partnerships to manage and grow strategic relationships with key inventory partners. Responsibilities include leading partner meetings, analyzing performance data, identifying and resolving technical or monetization issues, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, and managing partner integrations with Product and Engineering teams. Candidates must have 7+ years experience in publisher/supply partnerships, digital media, or ad tech, with a proven track record of growing account revenue and strong technical and analytical skills. The role requires advanced Excel and dashboard usage for data-driven recommendations. Salary range is $135,000 to $150,000 USD. Location: New York, NY.
