Full job description

The Associate Director, CRM Development will own and develop TripleLift's Salesforce org and manage the full GTM tech stack including Outreach, Gong, and MediaRadar. Responsibilities include Salesforce development (custom objects, Apex, LWC, flows), building and maintaining integrations, ensuring data quality and platform governance, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to deliver scalable technical solutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years Salesforce development experience, and Salesforce Administration skills. What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce development including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, validation rules, and other platform configuration across Sales & Service Cloud and integrated products
  • Architect, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other revenue-facing tools
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage the full development lifecycle
  • Govern data quality and integrity across the GTM stack, establishing standards for hygiene, deduplication, and taxonomy
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new GTM technologies, serving as the internal subject matter expert on tool selection, vendor management, and platform roadmap
  • Proactively monitor platform health across the GTM tech stack, triaging and resolving issues and managing bug fixes
  • Partner with BI/Data teams to surface Salesforce data in downstream reporting tools such as Snowflake and Omni, supporting initiatives to connect BI tooling to CRM infrastructure

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Experience with custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Salesforce Administration required
