Full job description
The Associate Director, CRM Development will lead a multi-phase overhaul of TripleLift's Salesforce architecture, including system redesign, process modernization, and AI/automation integration in sales and revenue workflows. Responsibilities include end-to-end Salesforce development (custom objects, Apex, LWC, flows, validation rules), managing integrations with GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar), and representing CRM strategy with senior leadership. The role requires partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, IT, and BI/Data teams to align technical solutions with business strategy and ensure data quality and governance. The position includes managing at least one direct report and setting technical standards for the CRM/tech team. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, Salesforce Administration certification, and demonstrated leadership in system architecture and stakeholder advising. Partner with BI/Data and IT teams to connect CRM infrastructure to downstream reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Omni) and support enterprise-wide data initiatives
Lead and mentor a direct report and eventually a broader CRM/tech team, setting technical standards and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
Salesforce Administration required
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports, leading large-scale system architecture or platform migration projects, and advising senior stakeholders on technical strategy
