Full job description

Associate Director, CRM Development responsible for owning and developing Salesforce org including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, and platform configuration. Manage integrations between Salesforce and GTM tech stack tools such as Outreach, Gong, and MediaRadar. Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Ensure data quality and integrity across GTM systems, govern hygiene and taxonomy standards. Evaluate and optimize GTM technologies, manage vendor relationships, and monitor platform health. Partner with BI/Data teams to integrate Salesforce data into reporting tools like Snowflake and Omni. Requires bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field, 5+ years Salesforce development experience, and Salesforce Administration skills.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce development including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, validation rules, and other platform configuration across Sales & Service Cloud and integrated products
  • Architect, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other revenue-facing tools
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage full development lifecycle
  • Govern data quality and integrity across the GTM stack establishing standards for hygiene, deduplication, and taxonomy to support accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new GTM technologies, serve as internal subject matter expert on tool selection, vendor management, and platform roadmap
  • Proactively monitor platform health across the GTM tech stack, triage and resolve issues, manage bug fixes through full lifecycle
  • Partner with BI/Data teams to surface Salesforce data in downstream reporting tools such as Snowflake and Omni, support initiatives connecting BI tooling to CRM infrastructure

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Salesforce Administration experience required
