Full job description
The Associate Director, CRM Development will lead a multi-phase overhaul of TripleLift's Salesforce architecture, including system redesign, process modernization, and AI/automation integration in sales and revenue workflows. Responsibilities include Salesforce development (custom objects, Apex, LWC, flows, validation rules), platform governance, integration with GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar), data quality governance, and collaboration with Revenue Operations, Sales, IT, and BI/Data teams. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, Salesforce Administration certification, leadership experience managing direct reports and large-scale projects, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Lead and mentor a direct report (and, over time, a broader CRM/tech team), setting technical standards and best practices for the function
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
Salesforce Administration required
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports, leading large-scale system architecture or platform migration projects, and advising senior stakeholders on technical strategy
