Full job description
Seeking Associate Architect with 8+ years experience, including 3-5 years with Braze and Braze certification. Responsibilities include designing and managing full Braze implementation and configuration, working with clients to develop use cases, documenting technical requirements, serving as technical liaison, developing platform code, architecting SDKs and API connections for data ingestion and campaign activation, conducting training and presentations, assisting pre-sales, and managing project life cycles. Required skills: deep knowledge of internet technologies, digital marketing KPIs, excellent communication, public speaking, and ability to work across multiple projects. Good to have: knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, tag management systems, and MarTech industry challenges. Work hours aligned with client time zones IST/GMT/EST/ANZ.
What you'll do
- Design and manage complete implementation and configuration for Braze including SDK implementation, API usage, creating app groups, segments, campaigns, canvas, content cards, and currents
