Full job description

The Application Reliability Engineer will manage technical escalations and platform reliability within the Engineering and Solutions organization. Responsibilities include providing platform-wide technical support, managing support tickets within SLAs, executing operational tasks, assisting in incident investigation and root cause analysis, performing data validation and troubleshooting, collaborating with Engineering for issue resolution, contributing to documentation and SOPs, supporting R&D initiatives, maintaining scripts/tools for efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent technical exposure, minimum 3 years experience in customer application escalations or technical support, strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), experience with datastores and querying (MySQL), proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, PHP), experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Looker, Omni), AI awareness and practical application skills, fluency in English, strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective project management capabilities.
