Full job description
MNTN is hiring an Associate Account Executive for the Inside Sales team in Austin. This full-time, on-site role requires 1-3 years of SDR or BDR experience. Responsibilities include building pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, leading discovery conversations, running product demos, managing sales opportunities from qualification to close, maintaining Salesforce data, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have strong prospecting skills, clear communication, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and the ability to work onsite. The role offers coaching and growth opportunities toward an Account Executive position.
