Kargo is hiring an Associate Account Director for the Customer Success team to manage performance marketing on social media for Retail, eCommerce, and Travel customers. Responsibilities include supporting Account Directors, delegating tasks, analyzing performance, optimizing social media campaigns, training users on Kargo Commerce software, assisting with backend processes, troubleshooting technical assets, providing feedback to the product team, and communicating with stakeholders. Requirements include 5+ years of Facebook advertising and campaign management experience, knowledge of performance marketing goals and methods (ROAS, Dynamic Ads, omnichannel), managing large ad budgets, strong analytical and Excel skills, proactive problem-solving, effective communication, ability to work in a fast-paced startup, knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat marketing (plus), experience with 3rd party social platforms (plus), and history of managing a small team. Salary range is $90,000 to $95,000 USD. Locations include New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and Los Angeles, CA.
