Full job description

The Trade Desk seeks a senior client services expert with 10+ years digital advertising and client-facing experience to manage and grow key enterprise accounts in ANZ. Responsibilities include driving growth with brand and holding companies, demonstrating the media buying platform, consulting clients to accelerate objectives, onboarding new customers, collaborating with sales and trading teams, providing client training, and working with product management on platform enhancements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong account growth track record, time management skills, project leadership experience, and expertise or familiarity with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, Excel, and MS Office. The role demands excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Drive growth across ANZ with brand and holding companies
  • Communicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform through detailed product demonstrations
  • Understand competitive differentiators in the fast-changing online advertising landscape
  • Act as a trusted consultant to clients across all teams to accelerate delivery of objectives
  • Set long term objectives and roadmaps for clients
  • Work closely with the Trading team to onboard new customers and grow existing advertiser patches
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts
  • Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and offer campaign improvement insights
  • Provide continual training to clients of all levels as new features are added
  • Host meetings with influential account stakeholders regardless of function or level
  • Work with Product Management to define features and drive platform enhancements
  • Help build the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials, and customer guides

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years digital advertising experience and client facing experience
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong client relationships
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience driving projects requiring cross-disciplinary stakeholder engagement
  • Expertise with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimisation platforms is a plus
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and chart-making
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
