Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a Sales Manager with 3-4 years of digital media or advertising sales experience to manage Microsoft’s Search and Audience Inventory sales and client relationships. The role involves driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and product adoption through strategic client engagement and pipeline management using Salesforce. Responsibilities include managing agency and client relationships in the south region, enabling workshops and roadshows, supporting account management teams, representing Microsoft Advertising in industry forums, and exceeding quarterly revenue targets. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of branding and native display products, and willingness to travel. Location: Bangalore.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage the agency and client relationships in south region
  • Enable workshops, roadshows and hotdesking with agency and key clients with revenue and product adoption as focus
  • Build and enable Key client relationships for the Account management teams
  • Represent Microsoft Advertising via InMobi in the advertising community by seeking out and participating in agency and industry opportunities/forums
  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners to enable smooth collaboration
  • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations
  • Build role and partnership presence in the advertising ecosystem

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years digital media sales/ advertising sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership
  • Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
  • Solid knowledge of the branding industry, native display products, customer's needs, Microsoft’s strategy and how they work together
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
  • Location: Bangalore, should be willing to travel
