Assistant Manager, Supply Partnerships role focused on driving publisher acquisition and managing strategic publisher partnerships to scale mobile user acquisition campaigns across CPI/CPA models. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding premium publishers, managing a portfolio of mobile user acquisition campaigns, serving as primary contact for partners, optimizing campaigns for ROI, ensuring traffic quality and fraud prevention, and staying updated on market and technical trends. Requires 2-4 years experience in mobile performance marketing or publisher management, proficiency with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava), strong analytical skills, and knowledge of compliance and anti-fraud frameworks. Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-time, on-site position.

What you'll do

  • Actively identify, negotiate with, and onboard premium publishers, direct media sources, and app developers to run high-volume CPI and CPA campaigns
  • Oversee and scale a diverse portfolio of Mobile User Acquisition campaigns across multiple performance models (CPI, CPT, CPFT, CPR)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium partners, managing daily operations, optimization requests, and running routine performance reviews to deepen strategic tie-ups
  • Analyze mobile performance data against client KPIs to optimize conversion funnels, managing budgets, P&L, and reporting to deliver a profitable CPA
  • Execute strict traffic validation protocols, monitor sub-publisher performance to eliminate fraudulent traffic, ensure compliance, and maintain high brand-safety standards
  • Stay abreast of technical shifts (such as privacy changes and attribution updates), operational trends, and emerging opportunities within the programmatic and performance marketing ecosystem

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of core experience in Mobile Performance Marketing, Mobile Media Buying, or Publisher Management (CPI, CPT, CPFT, CPR models)
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava) and standard media buying/tracking tools
  • Strong capability in analyzing traffic data, validating publisher reports, identifying performance anomalies, and managing reconciliation processes
  • Solid understanding of traffic compliance, anti-fraud frameworks, and the contractual/legal nuances of managing digital publishers
