Full job description

Seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business for Newton, an Apple Search Ads platform. Responsibilities include identifying clients, generating meetings via cold outreach, preparing proposals and demos, closing business, and meeting sales targets. Requires 4-7 years sales experience in international Ad-tech markets, strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with sales techniques and CRMs, and ability to influence at all organizational levels.

What you'll do

  • Figure out the right set of clients to go after/ Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, social messaging, and videos to generate meetings
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Preparation of deck/ proposal, organize the product demo, and present to the prospects
  • Close business and handover to the CS/ AM team
  • Continuously innovate on new ways to reach decision-makers of target accounts
  • Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years of work experience in sales for International markets in Ad-tech domain
  • A clear understanding of the Ad-tech Market and having good connects in the industry
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving monthly quotas
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience using CRMs
