Full job description

Seeking a Digital Sales Executive to grow business by building relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients in the North Region. Responsibilities include client and agency outreach, business development, sales pipeline management, revenue growth, market insights, and reporting. Requirements: 1-4 years experience in digital/media/advertising sales, strong network with agencies and brands preferred, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, goal-oriented with passion for digital advertising and sales.

What you'll do

  • Identify, connect, and pitch digital advertising solutions to agencies and direct clients
  • Maintain a structured and detailed list of prospects, ensuring consistent reach-outs every week
  • Conduct weekly meetings (virtual/in-person) with clients and agencies to present offerings and solutions
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner for their digital marketing needs
  • Create and update a sales pipeline sheet with details of prospects, ongoing discussions, and conversions
  • Track progress and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting new opportunities and upselling to existing clients
  • Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with the team
  • Prepare weekly reports on meetings, pipeline updates, and reach-out activities

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in digital sales / media sales / advertising sales
  • Strong network with agencies and direct brands (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline and reporting
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple accounts
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for digital advertising and sales
