Full job description
Assistant Manager – Data Operations responsible for managing publisher partnerships and executing mobile performance campaigns. Tasks include identifying and onboarding publishers, optimizing campaign performance, ensuring traffic quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Manage mobile user acquisition campaigns across CPI, CPT, CPFT, and CPR models. Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze data, manage budgets and P&L, and provide performance insights. Act as primary contact for publishers, ensure compliance with fraud prevention and quality standards, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Requires 2-4 years experience in mobile performance marketing or related fields, strong understanding of performance marketing models, hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava), analytical skills, and good communication abilities.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Mobile Performance Marketing, Media Buying, Publisher Management, or Performance Marketing
Strong understanding of performance marketing models including CPI, CPT, CPFT, and CPR
Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava, or similar tracking tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance, optimize traffic quality, and derive actionable insights
Good understanding of publisher compliance, fraud prevention, traffic validation, and campaign quality standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple publisher relationships
Prior experience within the AdTech, Mobile Advertising, or Programmatic ecosystem is an added advantage
Exposure to the domestic mobile advertising market is preferred
