InMobi Advertising seeks an Applied Scientist to develop and improve user personalization intelligence by researching and optimizing targeting and pricing systems using state-of-the-art attention-based architectures with multi-modal data at scale. The role involves building and evaluating hypotheses, driving architectural research with low latency requirements, advancing evaluation methodologies, leveraging diverse data features, contributing to model implementations and training pipelines, guiding infrastructure needs, and maintaining an active research profile. Candidates should have a PhD or Master's in machine learning or related fields, expertise in machine learning/deep learning with publications or industry experience, fluency in PyTorch or JAX, knowledge of deep recommender systems, comfort with large-scale distributed data systems, and understanding of the ads ecosystem is a plus. The position is full-time, on-site in San Mateo, CA, with a salary range of $182,250 to $218,500 USD plus benefits including RSUs, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, generous leave, flexible hours, wellness stipend, free lunch, pet-friendly environment, and employee assistance program.
