Moloco is seeking an Applied Scientist II to join the Applied Science team in Moloco Commerce Media (MCM). The role involves research and optimization projects to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of marketplace advertising systems. Responsibilities include analyzing large-scale data, designing algorithms and metrics for bidding, pacing, pricing, ranking, and experimentation, supporting feature launches with A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have an MS or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, 4+ years of relevant experience, strong skills in statistics, experimentation, Python, and SQL, and excellent communication abilities. The position is based in Seoul, Korea.
