What you'll do

  • Build and maintain production machine learning models for ad retrieval, quality prediction, and creative generation
  • Analyze web-scale data using machine learning, feature engineering, statistical, and data mining techniques (regression, classification, NLP, optimization, p-values analysis)
  • Design experiments, analyze data, and produce actionable, trustworthy conclusions
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts for effective LLM performance
  • Handle large-scale data (petabytes) using various tools and programming languages
  • Summarize complex problems and data to assist senior executives in business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related experience OR Master's Degree AND 1+ year related experience OR Doctorate OR equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years related experience OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years related experience OR Doctorate AND 1+ year related experience
  • 2+ years experience delivering, scaling, and maintaining machine learning products
  • 1+ year experience creating publications (patents, peer-reviewed papers)
  • Experience with Large Language Models such as GPT, BERT
  • In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques including tokenization, semantic analysis, text generation
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning models (DNN, Attention, CNN, RNN) and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
  • Algorithmic and analytical background to solve real problems
  • Experience in parallel or distributed processing, high performance computing, stream computing, and SCOPE
