Full job description

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver digital platforms and business-critical applications. Manage multiple projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. Provide technical leadership on architecture, development, and system integration. Mentor and develop engineering talent while promoting best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement. Manage delivery risks and maintain project momentum.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital platforms and application development initiatives from design to deployment and enhancement
  • Drive successful execution of multiple concurrent projects ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met
  • Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team fostering ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence
  • Provide technical leadership on architecture, development approaches, system integrations, and technology decisions for scalability and maintainability
  • Champion engineering best practices, governance, security standards, coding quality, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle
  • Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, technical challenges, dependencies, and operational issues to maintain project momentum
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners providing clear visibility into project progress and outcomes

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or technology delivery environments
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex digital products, platforms, or enterprise applications
  • Strong track record managing both technical delivery and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable engaging with engineers, business stakeholders, clients, and senior decision-makers alike
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, application architecture, systems integration, security, and engineering best practices
  • Able to balance technical depth, commercial realities, and delivery commitments while maintaining high standards of quality
  • People-first leader who enjoys developing engineering talent and building strong teams
