Design, develop, and maintain API-driven solutions for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Develop and enhance integrations using SCAPI, OCAPI, REST APIs, and web services. Collaborate with Full Stack Developers to implement BFF services supporting headless storefronts. Build reusable APIs and integration services for commerce, customer, product, pricing, inventory, and checkout. Maintain Service Framework integrations with enterprise and third-party systems. Troubleshoot API, integration, and application issues in development and production. Participate in solution design and contribute to API architecture and integration best practices. Support release activities and post-release monitoring. Ensure API solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards. Create and maintain technical documentation and API specifications. Requires 4+ years in API development and integration, 3+ years SFCC development, strong SCAPI and OCAPI skills, REST API design, JavaScript backend integration, SFCC Service Framework experience, and Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification. Preferred experience includes BFF architecture, headless commerce, OMS, payment integrations, search and merchandising, analytics, Jobs Framework, Postman, Git, and Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect Certification. Good to have composable commerce, fraud prevention, tax, shipping integrations, and retail/omnichannel commerce experience.
