Full job description
Amazon Ads seeks a senior Program Operations and Measurement Manager for the Analyst Relations team. The role involves managing the operational backbone of the AR program, including event execution, measurement frameworks, and scalable processes. Responsibilities include establishing reporting and metrics frameworks, managing dashboards, tracking progress, executing AR events, managing logistics and budgets, developing event playbooks, maintaining operational cadence, building program management tools, and driving process improvements. Requirements include 5+ years marketing experience, expertise in cross-functional program management, proficiency in Excel or Tableau, data-driven decision making, and event logistics management. Preferred experience includes analyst relations, marketing operations, and advertising or measurement industries. Locations: Culver City, California; Seattle, Washington; New York, New York.

Requirements
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience managing event logistics - from planning to execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and scheduling
