Full job description

The AppLovin Business Development team in Berlin seeks a mid-level full-time professional to manage and grow partnerships with mobile game and app developers. Responsibilities include cultivating business relationships, leveraging data to guide strategy, advising clients on AppLovin solutions, collaborating with developers to optimize advertising and monetization, and serving as a liaison for technical queries. Candidates must have strong client management, analytical, and negotiation skills, be fluent in English and Russian, hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent, and be able to work onsite. Salary range is €53,762 to €80,091 EUR.

What you'll do

  • Cultivate, negotiate, and expand relationships with app developers to forge business partnerships
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives
  • Become an expert in AppLovin solutions and adapt recommendations to client needs
  • Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision and strategy
  • Collaborate with app developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely manner
  • Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Serve as liaison with internal technical and operations teams for publisher-focused technical queries
  • Leverage competitive analysis and maintain understanding of the mobile advertising landscape

Requirements

  • Exceptional client management skills with proven success in business/client retention and growth
  • Data-driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Can do mentality with willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
