Full job description

AppLovin is hiring a mid-level Business Development professional for their Berlin office. The role requires onsite presence and focuses on building and maintaining partnerships with mobile game and app developers. Responsibilities include negotiating and expanding business relationships, using data insights to guide strategy, collaborating with developers to improve advertising and monetization, and serving as a liaison for technical queries. Candidates must have strong client management, analytical, negotiation skills, and be fluent in English. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required. Experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing is a plus. Salary range is €53,762 to €80,091 EUR.

What you'll do

  • Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with app developers to forge business partnerships and support company growth
  • Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives
  • Become an expert in AppLovin solutions and adapt recommendations to suit varying client needs
  • Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential
  • Collaborate with app developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks, troubleshoot and resolve account issues
  • Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Serve as liaison with internal technical and operations teams for publisher-focused technical queries and provide customer support
  • Leverage competitive analysis and maintain thorough understanding of the mobile advertising landscape

Requirements

  • Exceptional client management skills with proven success in business/client retention and business growth
  • Data-driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Can do mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Fluent in English with ability to build convincing argumentation from complex data
