Full job description
The AppLovin Business Development team seeks a mid-level full-time professional based onsite in Beijing. The role involves developing and sustaining partnerships with mobile game and app developers to support growth in User Acquisition and Ad Monetization in the Greater China Region. Responsibilities include negotiating and managing client relationships, collaborating with developers to improve campaign performance and monetization, using data to guide strategy, liaising with internal teams for technical support, and analyzing the mobile advertising landscape. Requirements include 1-3 years experience in account management, business development, or sales within mobile advertising or gaming, fluency in Chinese and English, strong client management and negotiation skills, data-driven and detail-oriented mindset, proactive problem solving, and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
