Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions-Core (MCAPS Core) seeks an Americas Leader for Strategic Consulting Team to develop strategy and goals aligned with global Services strategy, enabling AI transformation and commercial cloud growth. Responsibilities include people management, business transformation leadership, accelerating growth through digital AI solutions, and fostering inclusive team culture. Requires Master's degree with 7+ years or Bachelor's with 8+ years in sales, marketing, or leadership roles, plus 3+ years people management. Preferred experience includes business consulting, selling business transformation to C-suite, solution-based selling across cloud areas, and knowledge of Microsoft cross-solution strategies. Salary range $158,400-$243,000 annually, higher in SF Bay Area and NYC. Location: United States.
