Full job description

Lead global ADX/DSP algorithm strategy and define technical roadmaps considering regional compliance and user differences. Develop core algorithm modules including real-time bidding strategy, intelligent bidding engine, cross-regional traffic adaptation (GDPR/CCPA compliance), and implement AI technologies such as reinforcement learning and user profiling. Optimize C++ high-concurrency code performance to ensure system stability under large-scale traffic and resolve cross-regional latency and multi-currency bidding issues. Coordinate cross-team resources to drive projects and lead algorithm teams in technical planning, code review, and capability development. Monitor algorithm performance and risks, respond quickly to global market changes, and iterate technical solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, 5+ years of advertising algorithm experience, proficiency in C++ and high-performance programming, familiarity with distributed computing frameworks, deep understanding of RTB bidding and oCPX, command of AI tech stack including deep learning and reinforcement learning, Python data processing skills, knowledge of global advertising compliance requirements, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong learning ability, adaptability to multi-regional business scenarios, and experience in team management, technical team building, and project delivery.
