Full job description

Senior Applied AI / GenAI Specialist responsible for designing and delivering scalable AI and GenAI systems combining ML models, LLMs, retrieval, orchestration, and data pipelines. Lead solution design for complex problems with evolving requirements. Make architectural trade-offs regarding model selection, retrieval strategies, cost, latency, and scalability. Drive solutions from proof-of-concept to production-grade systems used across multiple teams. Act as a technical anchor for high-impact AI initiatives, guiding implementation without formal people management. Ensure robustness, observability, and optimization of AI systems in real-world environments. Location preferred Bangalore. Experience required: 5-8 years.
