Full job description

Design and develop AI Agents for internal and client-facing applications including RAG, chatbots, and automation agents. Build automated AI-powered data pipelines for collection, cleansing, enrichment, and distribution. Develop intelligent alerting systems with root cause analysis and recommended actions. Collaborate with Salesforce CRM team for system integrations to ensure seamless data exchange and customer journey tracking. Support Data team by adding AI layers to dashboards and analytics, automate data workflows, and improve reporting accuracy. Evaluate and recommend AI models and frameworks for business use cases. Train team members on AI applications and monitor emerging AI developments for production use. Requires 2-3 years AI/ML production experience, proficiency in Python, knowledge of LLM ecosystems, vector databases, and Salesforce CRM. Preferred experience with Langchain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Salesforce Einstein, MLOps, and a portfolio of AI projects.
