Full job description
Role: Technical lead for Dentsu's agentic AI engineering team in DGS. Lead architecture decisions for multi-agent systems, set engineering standards, mentor engineers. Hands-on leadership: coding, code reviews, technical direction. Responsibilities include leading architecture for multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, AI automation workflows; maintaining engineering stack (frameworks, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, deployment); designing AI orchestration use cases; building reusable agent components and prompt templates; leading Genie space setup; mentoring 3 Senior Agentic Engineers; evaluating LLM providers; bridging Data Science models and agentic deployment; collaborating on architecture decisions; contributing to documentation and operational playbooks. Requirements: 12-15 years software engineering with 4+ years AI/ML; expertise in Python and software architecture; experience with LLM applications at scale; knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen); cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred); mentoring experience; MLOps skills; strong system design; excellent communication. Preferred: experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Genie; background in media/adtech/marketing analytics; experience with RAG, vector DBs, semantic search; open-source contributions; leading offshore teams.
