Xapads is seeking an Agency Sales Manager with 3-6 years of experience in digital media sales within UK agency networks. The role focuses on branding sales initiatives, primarily on Connected TV (CTV) and digital DOOH/brand solutions. The candidate should have strong relationships with UK media agencies, expertise in branding products including CTV, DOOH, Rich Media, and premium digital placements, and preferably some knowledge of performance marketing. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, managing agency relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing brand proposals, managing the full sales cycle, and tracking market trends.
