Full job description
Skai is hiring a senior Agency Partner responsible for generating and growing agency accounts, owning the GTM sales process, and developing strategic agency partnerships. The role requires 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales with a proven track record exceeding quota in complex sales environments, preferably with independent agencies. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, pipeline development, account planning, revenue forecasting, and collaborating cross-functionally. The position is full-time, hybrid (three days in office per week) based in New York City. Salary range is $130,000 - $150,000 base plus commission and equity.
What you'll do
- Generate new agency accounts and grow agency accounts
- Own net new revenue, retention, and expansion across a defined book of independent agency accounts
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through disciplined discovery and account planning
