Full job description
Skai is hiring an Agency Partner responsible for generating and growing agency accounts, owning the GTM sales process, and developing strategic agency partnerships. The role reports to the EVP Sales, AMER Independent Agency. Responsibilities include managing revenue, retention, pipeline development, full sales cycle leadership, account strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and regional GTM strategy. Candidates must have 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales with a proven record in complex sales environments and independent agencies. The position is hybrid with three days in office per week in New York City. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 base plus commission and equity.
What you'll do
- Generate new agency accounts and grow agency accounts
- Own net new revenue, retention, and expansion across a defined book of independent agency accounts
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through disciplined discovery and account planning
