StackAdapt is seeking a senior Agency Lead to accelerate growth in the Spanish advertising ecosystem. The role requires around 10 years of digital advertising sales experience with deep expertise in programmatic ecosystems and a strong network in Spain. Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships with major holding companies and independent networks, leading commercial negotiations for Master Service Agreements, managing client-specific deals, driving platform adoption, and launching pilot programs. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, skilled in consultative selling, and proactive in a fast-changing market. The position is full-time, remote-first with a preference for candidates located in Madrid. Salary range is €73,408 to €100,935 EUR base.
