The Agency Development Director in the sales organization will coordinate resources and drive account growth for Holding Company Groups and their agency OpCos in North America. Engage with client teams from senior leadership to media traders, planners, product leads, and executives. Own regional revenue forecasts and help teams exceed projections. Present and communicate IAS value proposition to agency leadership. Drive agency-wide training and product adoption through scaled engagements. Manage agency client maps and certify ad operations and programmatic teams for the IAS Expert Program. Collaborate with global sales teams to achieve revenue goals. Facilitate meetings and entertainment for key prospects. Develop strategic relationships with Agency OpCo leadership including Ad Operations, Social, Programmatic, and Search teams. Manage executive relationships at agency OpCos. Support business planning, forecasting, and revenue growth. Coordinate sales team activities as central contact for Holding Group and Agency OpCos. Partner with Global Agency Development and regional sales leadership to identify strategic commercial opportunities. Provide feedback to Product and Technology teams on feature development. Share trends, insights, product updates, and case studies with clients. Requirements include 8-10 years experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or digital research solutions, senior level agency relationships, media buying or trading experience, strong financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
