Full job description

Agency Customer Success Manager responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise agency partners. Key duties include acting as primary contact, driving agency success and adoption of Smartly platform, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams, delivering training and enablement programs, and maintaining relationships with industry partners. Requires 4+ years experience in customer success or account management in ad tech or digital advertising, strong knowledge of social advertising platforms, programmatic advertising knowledge preferred, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel. What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, delivering value-driven customer experience and fostering long-term relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities, anticipate challenges, and drive ongoing engagement and retention
  • Serve as subject matter expert in Smartly platform, social advertising, and programmatic fundamentals
  • Partner with Agency Sales to develop and execute agency development and enablement strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
  • Design and deliver scalable training programs for agency teams
  • Build and deliver agency enablement programs, workshops, and educational resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Google
  • Gather feedback and insights to inform Smartly’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Develop playbooks, share best practices, and improve internal processes for Agency Customer Success organization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within ad tech, martech, or digital advertising
  • Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Programmatic advertising knowledge is a strong plus
  • Highly empathetic, proactive, and customer-obsessed
  • Results-driven mindset with bias for action, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to explain complex concepts and translate data into actionable insights
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Willing and able to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Legal right to work in the United States
