Full job description

Seeking an experienced AEM Development Lead focused on backend development and front-end collaboration. Responsibilities include leading AEM projects, designing and deploying scalable AEM solutions, backend services with Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, integrating with third-party apps and APIs, optimizing performance and security, mentoring teams, collaborating with front-end developers, working with DevOps on CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting performance and security issues, and defining best practices. Requires 7+ years AEM backend experience, expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Apache Felix, AEM workflows, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Dispatcher configurations, CDN, caching, CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git), basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular), performance tuning, security, cloud deployments, and leadership skills. Preferred certifications and experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, headless CMS, eCommerce integrations, and Adobe Content Supply Chain Solutions.
