Full job description

Operate and optimize programmatic advertising platforms to achieve revenue targets. Develop strategies for various channels and media. Monitor platform data, analyze performance, identify improvements, and drive growth. Coordinate with budget holders for campaign execution, maintain and expand media resources, and manage partnerships. Explore RTB and RTA traffic sources, optimize bidding tactics, and improve team performance. Understand ADX workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years in internet advertising operations or outstanding fresh graduates, STEM background preferred, familiarity with programmatic advertising fundamentals and industry trends, proficient in Excel for data analysis, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and team-oriented.
