Full job description

Advertising Sales Manager role in Tel Aviv office focused on building and managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and leading full sales cycles in the Israel Enterprise Domestic Market. Requires 3+ years experience in digital marketing, strong sales and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and familiarity with the Israeli brands market. Responsibilities include pipeline management, account management, collaborating with internal teams, and leading commercial contracts. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. What you'll do

  • Proactively reach out to clients and drive new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads to drive incremental revenue
  • Manage a portfolio of BOB accounts by providing hands-on account management and support, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening client relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with brands and agencies to pitch the Taboola offering
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, marketing strategies, and client needs
  • Lead commercial contracts and coordinate internal processes

Requirements

  • A true passion for Marketing, online content, native advertising and a strong sales drive
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital marketing from a local brand, advertising agency, or platform
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with the IL brands market
  • Experience in sales management, structuring and negotiating deals
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
  • Proven communication, presentation, phone etiquette and general sales skills
  • The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
