Full job description

Manage client accounts as primary contact, addressing inquiries and monitoring account health. Solicit and relay client feedback to internal teams to improve advertising products and solutions. Build and maintain partnerships to drive client opportunities. Research client advertising needs and market trends to identify optimization and upsell opportunities. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technology, KPIs, and security policies. Use Microsoft sales strategies and CRM tools to increase client satisfaction and revenue. Educate clients on Microsoft Advertising platform and related products.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries and account monitoring
  • Solicit and communicate client feedback on advertising needs, products, and features to internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain network of internal and external partners to drive client opportunities
  • Research client advertising needs, competition, and market trends to identify optimization and solution opportunities
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients across multiple levels
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging industry trends, technology, KPIs, and security policies
  • Adopt Microsoft sales strategies to overcome objections and sell tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and maximize upselling opportunities
  • Use CRM and other tools to track account health, performance, satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Educate clients on Microsoft Advertising platform and related products and services

Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
  • OR relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising)
  • OR equivalent experience
