The role involves managing client advertising accounts by serving as the primary contact for inquiries, soliciting feedback on advertising needs, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive client success. Responsibilities include account planning and management, client engagement, maintaining industry knowledge, and adopting Microsoft sales strategies to maximize upselling and client satisfaction. Candidates should have relevant experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, data analysis skills, and experience with paid search/SEM platforms. The position requires balancing multiple projects, influencing stakeholders, and knowledge of travel industry search marketing is a plus. The role is full-time with a hybrid work model and is located in multiple U.S. cities including Austin, Redmond, Seattle, Chicago, New York, and Boston.

Requirements
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field with 2+ years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years relevant experience OR 6+ years relevant experience or equivalent
Preferred: MBA with 4+ years relevant experience OR Bachelor's with 5+ years relevant experience OR 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent
Paid Search/SEM experience and platform knowledge
Data analysis skills, interpreting large volumes of data and translating to optimizations and client growth opportunities
Proficiency in Excel, experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Interest and experimentation mindset for learning new tools and AI; experience with workflow automation
Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated success influencing clients and internal stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes
Travel industry search marketing experience
