Full job description

Advertising Account Associate role supporting the US Agency Development Team in NYC. Responsibilities include preparing sales materials, media plans, proposals, presentations, supporting customer events, managing agency deals, supporting sales funnel activities, tracking campaign performance, launching and optimizing client campaigns, analyzing data, coordinating deliverables, and contributing to campaign planning. Requires bachelor's degree, 1-3 years experience in digital planning or sales strategy, strong media math skills, detail orientation, project management, collaboration skills, knowledge of digital advertising trends, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Salary range $70,000-$80,000 base, $78,000-$88,000 base plus OTE. Benefits include health, 401k, bonus, equity, PTO, parental leave, and location perks.

What you'll do

  • Assist Agency Development team by preparing sales materials, media plans, proposals, and presentations
  • Support coordination and execution of larger customer events (lunch & learns, dinners, client entertaining)
  • Provide support for all agency deals including billing and pacing/reporting
  • Support sales team through all stages of the funnel including blueprinting key sales prospects, supporting events, attending meetings, and follow ups
  • Support key accounts by tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and assisting with client requests to meet KPIs
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize client campaigns weekly to ensure accurate delivery and performance
  • Compile and analyze campaign data to generate insights, provide recommendations, and assist in client reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables including invoices are processed accurately and on time
  • Work closely with the pod to identify areas for improvement and support business growth through detailed reporting and analysis
  • Help facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign planning by organizing relevant data and materials
  • Gain client-facing experience through participation in client calls, presentations, and strategic discussions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years experience in a digital planning or sales strategy role at a media agency or digital technology company
  • Good understanding of media math and ability to build digital media plans and proposals
  • Detail oriented with strong project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Natural collaborator willing to work with anyone to reach a common goal
  • Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends and online media a plus
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
